1. DeerStar Systems Inc. is a company that specializes in John Deere high clearance spraying equipment and only spraying equipment.
2. DeerStar Systems travels to and participates in all John Deere sprayer training schools and meetings in Canada.
3. DeerStar Systems has been involved with Deere and Company product engineers with testing of experimental machines and product improvement projects.
4. DeerStar Systems coordinates and participates in dealer partner service technician and parts manager training on spraying equipment.
5. DeerStar Systems and the dealer partners offer their customers services that are above and beyond the standard warranty coverage by John Deere. Customers will not be charged for service calls during the warranty period. John Deere warranty does not compensate dealers for travel time and mileage for warranty service calls or trucking to the dealership, if required. This cost is absorbed by DeerStar and the dealer partner responsible for the sprayer.
6. DeerStar Systems and the dealer partner will provide a back up sprayer during the warranty period if the sprayer will be down for more than 24 hours. DeerStar has two demo sprayers at all times and will truck a sprayer to the customer's location and let the customer use it, at no charge to the customer, until the downed unit is fully operational. ( Allowing for reasonable trucking time.) A downed sprayer has priority over demonstrations.
7. DeerStar provides new owner/operator preseason operator orientation seminars and refresher seminars each spring for their customers.
8. DeerStar Systems provides one day owner/operator in field training for new owner operators prior to spring spraying season.
9. DeerStar Systems will provide on site assistance to the dealer, if required, to help the dealer rectify any problems a customer may encounter.
10. DeerStar provides the dealer partners and customers with assistance on nozzle size selection and operational assistance.
11. All sprayers are set up and pre-delivered at DeerStar Systems in Stettler, Alberta and are personally checked by the Business Manager or Marketing Manager before being delivered to the customer.
12. Dealer partners stock maintenance items and wear parts for the sprayers and DeerStar Systems stocks in excess of $ 80,000 in sprayer back up parts for the dealer partners. If an emergency part is required it will be shipped or driven to the dealer partner from Stettler or pulled out of the Regina Parts Depot, which ever is the fastest.
